To Everyone Having Business Relations with the Photon Science Innovation Center (PhoSIC)
The Photon Science Innovation Center (PhoSIC) has established a Consultation Desk to accept consultations regarding compliance and harassment issues within the Foundation that are difficult to resolve internally in the workplace. The purpose of this desk is to contribute to the promotion of compliance, prevention of harassment, and the creation of a working environment where staff members can work in good physical and mental health by promoting early detection, correction, and prevention of misconduct.
This Consultation Desk accepts consultations not only from employees who have employment relationships with the Foundation, but also from business partners and external stakeholders regarding business operations or actions of staff members that violate or may violate compliance standards.
If you notice any actions or concerns corresponding to the above regarding business transactions with the Foundation, please fill out the required information in the designated consultation form and send it via email to the address below.
Please note that you will not receive any disadvantageous treatment on the grounds of having submitted a consultation or report to this Consultation Desk.
